La doctora dejó que una joven practicante intentara ponerme un dispositivo intrauterino, solo la vio intentarlo por 5 muy dolorosas veces y ya después que me había súper lastimado me dijeron que el dispositivo ya no servía. Yo ya me he puesto dispositivos y se que ocupan una lámpara especial de luz y la no la tenían a disposición de la doctora practicante.

I love the staff at Pavillion Family Medicine Center. I have been going there since 2021. Dr. Carpenter is my PCM and she is AMAZING!!! I love her!! She is a doctor that listens but will give her thoughts on what might work best for your condition. She is very brilliant at what she does and the medical advice she gives. You are not just a patient to her, you are a face she will remember. I could be in the office picking up a script and she will walk in and say "Hey Amy!" I know she has tons of patients but the fact she remembers my name shows me that she cares about who her patients are. She has great communication skills too!! I can have labs or other procedures done and she will always call to give the results right away if something is a little questionable but if everything is normal then she has her nurse call to give the results.
I also have Dr. Murphy as my OMT doctor for my headaches and back pain. Dr. M is the sweetest person and she makes you feel special when she sees you. She remembers things going on in my life, things with my kids, or my activities. She really cares about her patients and is phenomenal at adjusting the bones back into place. She is the BEST!!!
I can't forget the behind the desk ladies and nurses. When you walk in the office the front desk ladies know who I am and will ask how I'm doing. They are so sweet and helpful with questions. The ladies that do the check out are great too!! They are always so friendly and you can tell they enjoy what they do. Amanda is the best!! I always love when I get her at check out because she tries to squeeze me in, where needed for a sooner appt or she will call and let me know of a spot that has opened up. I also don't want to leave out the office nurses. There are some nurses that are my favorite but really all of them are great! They are not in a rush to get your vitals and to hear your concerns. They make sure they explain all the discharge notes very well.
The ONLY issue I have with PFMC is the wait time. Sometimes they get behind and I end up waiting passed my appt time before I'm seen. It is frustrating but that just means they are taking time with each patient to make sure everyone gets the proper care they need. Since I'm aware of the wait time I try to make sure I don't have anything else planned so then it's not as frustrating.
All in all, if you are looking for a team of doctors, nurses, & staff that care about their patients and will try to provide the very best care for you then Pavillion Family Medicine Center is the place to go!

The doctors are nice and have mostly taken my concerns seriously, which is hard to find in this day and age. Problem, they are all horrible at communicating. I went weeks without hearing anything about my ultrasound, no one answers the phone until you pester to the point they get annoyed, they faxed my information to the wrong fax number, and I now have been waiting for over two weeks for them to fax my information to my new doctor. My baby has not been able to be seen since 10 weeks when I am 18 now, and that is absolutely ridiculous. I’m very disappointed.

I've been coming here since 2011 and since the doctors graduate and leave I've had many over the years. I only had one bad one and switched real fast. The person they put me with after the bad one is who I have now. Mrs. Murphy is an amazing doctor. She goes above and beyond for her patients. She listens to them and takes it all in. She even calls to check on you when she can tell my messages I'm overwhelmed with information from a referral doctor. I have the best doctor hands down.

The medstop staff are very friendly, fast and professional. If you go later in the day there isn't a long wait.
The family practice across the hall is great too Dr. Jackson is my personal favorite physician. She's very caring and friendly and always listens. She's very professional and helpful.

I've been going here for a year and some Months. I absolutely love the the nurses and Doctors at the pavilion family medicine they really work with you find out what works for your health needs. My doctor listens to what my health concerns are and does her best to help me with my medical needs. I appreciate the understanding. Everytime I entire the building I'm greeted and told where I need to sign in and then I take my seat and wait to be called the wait time is not long at all before I'm called to the back . Everyone that I've came across have been phenomenal. I would recommend pavilion family medicine to anybody that wants great care.

I’m sure I got lucky but I went here the other day with an injured wrist and I was in and out in about 45 minutes. That was great but so was the staff. Thank you Sharon (registration) and Alicia Mack and especially Twana Dumas. You were all so kind and pleasant and Twana addressed all my concerns and made sure I had everything I needed. Thank you!

If I was able to give a zero I would. They are so unprofessional. I came into their office bleeding heavy with blood clots coming out every 20 to 30 minutes. They told me to put myself on bed rest. Had I listened to them I would be dead. I ended up going to the hospital they admitted me instantly. I had to receive 3 units of blood and iron injection. They also prescribed me blood pressure medicine that is known not to work for African American people. It has me coughing badly, I thought it was my asthma flaring up but it was the medication they prescribed me .
