I have so much to say about this office.
For starters, this was the office I used from birth to 18 and I remember everyone being so kind. As a mother of three, I wouldn’t take my children anywhere else. My oldest was born in 2014 and since we have used Monica, Dr Q, Ms Kelly, and Dr Moore. We dealt with an issue just before school started this year with one of my children and I believe we had to see Dr Q 5 or 6 times within a month span, plus him calling a time or two to check on his progress. Every single time he was attentive to my questions and concerns. He was very kind and thorough with his explanations and focused on my boy during them all. When I need to schedule an appointment that isn’t so ‘urgent’ I will always request Dr Moore. I am the kind of mom that is taking her children day one or two of them coughing and she has always voiced her appreciation for how attentive I am to my children and their health. She always takes her time to explain everything in grave detail. When my youngest was a baby, she took the time to explain something and even write it all out for me so I could better understand and I will always be thankful for her for that. (Breastfeeding issue) She has truly become a staple in our lives, as for our health. We just saw her today and our conversations are always so genuine. Scheduling usually always has something available most of the time within the hour of calling. They are helpful to schedule with a Dr you request and never sound aggravated. We have waited in the 30 minute range before going to a room a time or two but I don’t mind, honestly. We always wait in our car so it’s never an issue to us. The woman that runs labs is very patient when it comes to swabs or drawing blood. They are almost instantly in your room after seeing the nurse for any tests that need to be done before you’ve even seen your doctor! I feel it’s very helpful in the whole process. If you ever need to call and leave a message for your nurse, I always get a call back and within a 24 hour period. I could add so much more about my experience with them but I will leave it at this. I hope this helps!

When I was a child my parents took me and my sister to pediatrics associates I saw Dr. Harvey and Dr English both have respectfully retired. Quite naturally I made the same decision for my children.
We adore the entire staff but we love Dr. Moore and Dr. Q he has the best sense of humor. Dr. Moore just happened to be completing rounds when I delivered both of my daughters and held my youngest one after delivery I try to stick to these two only because I have built such an awesome and transparent rapport with them. And feel as if they are extended family! They are very helpful with diagnoses and allergies that 1 or both of my children may have. If they feel a referral is needed they are willing to do just that.
Wait times aren't long we go in and I sign typically no more than 10-15 min before a nurse or MA completes vitals and assessment then maybe another 10-15 min before the doctor arrives to help with diagnosis. I never feel rushed I'm able to communicate what's going on with my child/children.
For check out at the reception it's never been an issue with work excuse or my child/ children doctors note.
They even offer aftercare!!!
Life happens and kids do get sick, PEDIATRIC ASSOCIATES are there when you need them
They are a pillar in the community IYKYK! And the legacy continues for 40+ years and counting....

We've been seeing Dr. Al for over 9 years and have been pleased overall. I haven't had any unpleasant experiences from staff and have received records and other requested documentation. The wait times hasn't been an issue. I appreciate that we are able to be seen if we have concerns and not previously scheduled. The office could use some renovations, but I'd rather have my doctor available.

What a joke! Never get my sons medication filled on time, say they’re open on the weekends but yet you’re on hold for over an hour & still nobody answers your calls!

If your looking for a place to write your kids excused absences notes for school when they’re not really sick this is the place for you. You don’t even have to be seen by a doctor and they will write your kids excused absent notes. Just call the front desk and ask for one. This office writes my daughter about 25 to 30 excused absent notes every year for the last 7 years. It’s good business for them. Horrible for your kids education.

We were seen almost 2 hours after our scheduled appointment. Plus the 15 minutes we had to be there before our appointment. As a resident I understand how easy it is to get behind schedule so I didn't think too much about it. But just be prepared to take the whole morning/afternoon off. My family recently had to move for my residency. And we have been trying to get into a new pediatrician. While I understand they have 30 days to send medical records, I am confused as why it would take that long. They will quickly send you a bill/ take your money but have no concern for your child well being. I just want to get my child's immunizations and well child exam updated on the one week I don't work 90 hours. It's been almost 2 weeks. It's a 10 minute task.

Only good thing is Cynthia from Billing.

I DONT recommend this office.

We love it here ! The kids love the fish in the waiting room . You’re going to wait anywhere for an appointment so we don’t mind if we have a doctor that listens to our concerns ! We love Dr.Q and staff .
