I have been going to ProHealth Physical Therapy & Pilates for 3 years, and there is a very good reason, they are the Best! Under the leadership of Dr Karyn Staples, the Facility, Staff, Therapists and Instructors all create a welcoming environment. Best physical therapy facility I've ever been to. Great therapists! They taught me to walk so much better as an amputee after 48 years of not walking very well. Also rehabbed my knee replacement and ruptured bicep tendon. They are the best!

I have been a ProHealth client for nearly 8 years. I started as a Pilates client with Karyn Staples, looking to help a long-standing spinal cord injury patient. At that tine I was approaching 60, my spinal cord was not symptomatic but every part of my body needed a “tune up”. Pilates returned flexibility and general strength with the biggest positive impact to my core. And Karyn really helped me understand how my body “worked”.

In 2020, I unfortunately my spinal cord injury started showing symptoms - increased pain, falling, spasms. Karyn donned her hero’s cape once again snd helped me prep for surgery. That procedure left me without the use of my left leg and severe proprioception deficits.

Karyn and I have continued to work 3x week just trying to keep me out of a wheelchair snd able to live a life of independence. The effect of my partnership with Karyn is hard to describe. Technically, she is the best of the best. She balances deep empathy snd compassion with the “nudge” we all need to achieve our wellness goals.

All of her practitioners are first rate. The office is a well oiled machine. Whether you are like me with a life-altering, complex condition, rehabilitating from surgery or stroke, or just want your body to perform at its peak level at any age, ProHealth is your destination. You won’t be sorry! Its nearly 8 years snd still one of the best decisions I have ever made.
