Terrible experience- waiting room chairs are disgusting, scheduled 4 patient at the same time, so he picked and choose who he wanted to see and what order, I got skipped atleast 4 to 5 times while waiting in a open exam room, didn't seem to care much about me or my case.
Staff are not at all helpful or look or act like they are happy there. I left and told them why beforehand. I just left to pick up records and the front desk lady never verified it was me, never ask for an ID - Straight HIPPA violation.
Your nothing but a ICD 10 code for them , they do not care ! Go somewhere else if you want individual care.

Dr. Nathan Jove is yes, very busy, but its for a good reason, he is honest, and very good at his craft. at first it was annoying that he didn't spend a lot of time talking things out but I have come to respect that he works hard to keep up with the work load so you don't wait forever like some offices.
I was experiencing right hip pain, referred into other areas as well causing me a great deal of grief. he was the only one who straight up said after looking at the Xrays you wont feel better until you get it replaced, he was right, he did an excellent job, the recovery has been better than expected. I would definitely recommend him and will choose him again if needed.

Dr Nathan Jove is an excellent doctor. He has taken care of multiple issues for me and I always leave feeling a lot better. Thank you for all you do for your patients. His staff is excellent and always helpful in expediting all of the necessary documents needed for procedures as well as insurance. The front office girl always has a smile and greets every patient.

I had an appointment at 2pm. I signed in at 1:50. The front office girl does not know what she is doing. Highly dysfunctional front office. First she completely skips my name on sign in sheet, checks in 4 other people ahead of me! Finally calls me up and says that I was worked in!! I was told I had an appointment by my attorney. 7 patients were called back ahead of me and seen and discharged and I was still sitting in the waiting room!! Do not waste your time with this place!!

Great doc. Diagnosed me quickly for my knee problem with X-ray and an mri the next day. Brand new very nice office. He’s an excellent listener. I was very confident seeing him because his waiting room was full and everyone in there had excellent things to say about him. I waited an appropriate amount of time for a specialist. Thanks dr Jove knee is doing awesome and I’m back to running. Also you did a great shot in my knee- that little cold spray you have is awesome I wish they had some that to me when I was a kid!!!

All went well until they found out that my insurance wouldn't pay for the MRI or Physical Therapy.
I left several messages in an attempt to ask what the cost would be out of pocket, because I had every intention of paying for it. No one ever called me back to this day. It's been 3 months.
