Yo siento que realmente cuando va uno a esta clinica la gente de aca trata mas por venderte otros servicios de el cual tu no hiciste la cita para eso,yo fui por que se me callo una muela y practicamente fue nula la atencion a la muela pero fue mucha mas la atencion a otra cosas como derencion de cancer en la boca,(yo no fumo ni consumo ningun tipo de tabaco)

My experience at Aspen Dental was absolutely outstanding! From the moment I walked in, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. The office is immaculate and designed with a calm, inviting atmosphere.

Dr. Katsnelson is simply amazing—kind, knowledgeable, and incredibly attentive. They explained every step clearly and made sure all my concerns were addressed. The dental assistants and hygienists were equally professional and friendly, ensuring that the entire visit was smooth and stress-free.

I left feeling completely cared for and confident in the quality of their work. This team truly sets the bar for excellent dental care. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a top-notch dental experience!

I visited Aspen Dental last week to have a tooth checked, and Stephan was absolutely fantastic. He took my X-rays, helped me to my room, and made sure I was comfortable—even bringing me something to cover up when I mentioned I was cold. Stephan is definitely 5 stars in my book! The dentist, hygienist, and dental assistants were all great—super friendly and professional.

However, I’m giving a 3-star rating due to several issues. My appointment was at 8 AM, but they told me they didn’t have the correct equipment to determine if I needed a root canal. The dentist then tried to send me to a specialist in another town, which would have cost me an additional $400 just for a consultation—only to then come back to Aspen for the actual root canal. Instead of going that route, I opted to just have the tooth pulled.

They told me to stay at the office so they could do a cleaning before the extraction, and in the end, I was there for over five hours—not leaving until a little after 1 PM. A couple of days later, I called to let them know I was still in pain, but no one returned my call. I ended up reaching out to my telehealth doctor, who finally prescribed medication to help with the pain relief.

While the staff was kind and professional, the long wait time, lack of proper equipment, and poor follow-up made for a frustrating experience.

In all my years of going to the dentist, I have felt more like an ATM for the dentist instead of a patient being taking care of...
From the xrays (in which in the past I hated to do because it was never gentle and always hurt), to cleaning, to the filling/extraction, the experience was very good. They all are thorough but gentle. If I would have had them years ago, I would be in a better situation today.
It wasn't the rush and on to the next type of dental visit. They did get me in the chair quickly, but because my situation took longer and caused problems, the dentist gave my options and explained everything. Unlike any other times the dentist gets frustrated and just wants to get you in and out.
I have asked them to never change the personal. Keep everyone in that office.
Aspen has a tendency to change personal. We as patients are building a rapport with the personal and when they are changed without notice its nerve reckoning because now we have to try to build a rapport again; except the next group may not be as friendly or caring.

I don’t even know how to put into words how amazing this office and staff are . I went from start to finish with all my teeth, extractions were painless Dr.K really knows what he’s doing and now after healing dentures that were amazing and never had a problem. Now I’ve got my permanents that are perfect.So thank you Morgan for taking the time to make sure they looked pretty and straight and thank you Kelly for taking the time to make sure I was comfortable during this process there is no other office I would ever go to they make it so easy to smile now I will forever be grateful for these people

I got my crown here, and it was the best decision. The front desk staff was friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. When I went to the back, the doctor was extremely kind and took the time to answer all my questions. He made sure I felt completely comfortable and satisfied with my crown.

I love this place! I was having an emergency and was able to schedule a Same day tooth Extraction! Yes, they saved my life, and I was in and out. I am so glad I came to this location after being turned away from another location on 138. Everyone was so very nice, attentive, and very helpful. I could tell that all of the ladies in this office loved their job! The dentist, he was very thorough, fast, and gentle. I loved everything, just a great experience from beginning to end. Nia and all the amazing staff at Aspen Dental are true lifesavers! I went in with out insurance and was still given amazing service. Kind staff amazing administrator and little to no pain! For someone who has a fear of doctors/ dentist Aspen Dental in Loganville I would 10 out of 10 recommend!
