Well, I had a doctor appointment with Dr. Lal and I heard a lot of good things about him. However, on our first visit I felt like it was a bit rushed. I thought he should have gave me more time to ask me more questions about my health and what kind of problems I've been having since, I was from out of town. There was a lot of people in the waiting room so maybe he was just trying to move things along. But I was kind of disappointed because I heard that he was such a good gastrologist, maybe he just has too many patients.

I was pleased with Dr. Lal during our initial visit and he came highly recommended. However, since then, my interaction with the office staff has been unremarkable. I am scheduled for a procedure for which I have not been given a time only a date. I was given samples of a medication which did not work as prescribed. I notified the office of this and they have now ordered the same medication again at the same dosage. It is very expensive and my insurance may not cover it. I have used the patient portal to get answers and received a couple of phone calls, but no time for my procedure and no response about the medication.

Dr. Lal and the staff at Doctors Specialists are truly remarkable. Everyone was very welcoming from the very beginning. I was immediately greeted and checked in as soon as I entered the office. Dr. Lal was thorough in explaining what he thought was going on with me and will further inform me once my procedure is completed. The staff worked with me to set an appointment date and time that worked with my schedule. This place is truly amazing.

First visit was great. Mrs Rita is so nice and pleasant, she helped me find the building and I met her when I arrived, such a great person. Dr Hogan was awesome, he explained so much to me and helped to set my expectations for surgery and the after care. Thank ya'll!

I had a great experience!! I was referred to him, got an appointment right after that, was schedule for a procedure a couple days later, could've done it the next day, but I had to work. Everyone was very friendly and professional and make you feel very comfortable.

I have been a patient of Dr. Lal for several years. I am so thankful for him. He got me through a very serious problem. He is a very caring and knowledgeable physician. I am able to get into see him easily whenever I have a problem. When you go to see him he takes time with you. He doesn't rush through your appointment. I would definitely recommend him.
