I bring my 84 year old grandfather here. I don't understand the over booking. This waiting room is full , it's half an hour past his appointment time and and only 2 out of the 8 people waiting have been called back in the 37 minutes we have been waiting. Our time is just as important as your time.

Ankle & Foot Centers of Ga LaGrange is amazing all the way around. They’ve taken care of all of my diabetic foot care going on 3years now. The staff are welcoming & caring, the office always clean and Dr Hollstrum has the best bedside manner while explaining things thoroughly in a straightforward way.
I won’t trust anyone else with my foot care & would recommend this crew to anyone!

Dr Hollstrom did ankle surgery on me November 8 2023. He ordered nerve blocks and told the anesthesiologist to give me the works. I was y try old it would last 48 hours to help with the pain and my leg is still paralyzed with no muscle control today. I have to wear a brace and use a cane to be able to walk. Dr Hollstrom never offered to help find a Dr that could help me only released to physical therapy that I couldn’t do. I wouldn’t recommend him to anyone that needs surgery

The nurses are so amazingly so helpful and Dr Hollstrom is totally professional. Could not ask for a better Doctor, he's amazing as a physician. If you need a FOOT Dr, please don't hesitate to see this man

Dr Hollstrom overbooks his appointments and his patients have to wait an insane amount of time for service. Every appointment I take my elderly mother (85) she waits over 1 hour to see doctor. Today is May 10, 2021 her appointment was for 12 noon, I had her there @ 11:45 and she just called me from doctors office and still hasn’t been seen. It’s now 1:25 and this is unacceptable. Given the amount of money he bills insurance for, he could provide better service😡

If you are going to have a requirement to visit your facility, and you are scheduling folks to come in advance, you MUST let them know of the requirements. If they are unable to meet the requirement you didn't tell them about, you should offer assistance meeting that requirement, rather than turn patients away at your door after they have gone to the effort to make the scheduled appointment. Not doing so only creates animosity and frustration that frankly most people do not need in their lives today. Poor Service Dr. Richard Hollstrom - Poor response from your staff. They made me feel belittled because of a requirement I was unaware of. I am asking to be referred to someone else for my medical treatment, you've lost my business over this requirement that I was happy to meet, had I know about it before walking in your door today.

Dr. Hollstrom is a great doctor. My daughter had a splinter under her left big toenail and he came in his office while he was off so she wouldn't be in pain all weekend. Thank you so much.
