En septiembre 2023.hce contrato con ellos siempre me cancelaron las citas la escusa no tenían personal..termine contrato con ellos me prorratearon amable mente me descontaron dosmil dólares y algo...pero debo pagar 22 dólares por un servicio que nunca me dijieron..aprendí ala mala..Mii jente no cargan ellos dicen que nuestros niños los ocupan pero no aceptan ciertos seguros..el seguro me dijo que si los niños lo ocupan está clínica tiene que hablar con el seguro pero no quieren hacer su trabajo yo solo pague para que ellos no hicieran nada....gracias por nada

I’m a previous patient of Family Orthodontics. Today I stopped by to inquire about retainer cleaning services, and spoke initially with Martha. She was extremely rude and provided no assistance. She was disengaged and repeatedly cut me off mid sentence on multiple occasions. I greeted her by asking how she was doing, and she responded by telling me to check in on their computer kiosk. As I was explaining that I didn’t have an appointment and was coming in to ask if they offered retainer cleaning, she interrupted me and in a rude and condescending tone told me the orthodontist were out for lunch.

I returned after their lunch and spoke with Karina. There was a stark difference in my experience. She was very helpful. She took my name and immediately went to the back to see if the service was offered. Her attitude was friendly and warm. I appreciated our interaction- especially after originally being treated so poorly by Martha. This really goes to show you how important it is for the receptionist to be kind to patients as that will be their first impression and will greatly affect the entirety for their visit and leave a lasting impression on the experience at this practice.

The orthodontist took the time to explain every step of the process's, and the results have been fantastic. The office is clean, and well organized. Have used this office for many years for 2 different kids. Dr Richardson is great with the kids and front office staff is great as well. There have been a few assistants in the back not so gentle or friendly but over all great experience. Normally in and out and they dont rush your treatment plan which means a lot. Highly recommend.

I have seen improvement at this office with scheduling and customer service. My son is receiving treatment here. Sometimes they appear to be overbooked and the staff are professional and pleasant. Sometimes we feel rushed out the office probably due to overbooking. During most of our visits the wait times have been reasonable. I wish they opened this location more than two days a week. It would help with the scheduling and crowding of the lobby.

3 star because A long way one year Not better/diffrent yet untill today 8/20/24 the tooth are the same.Today we went appoitment I told/let her know one Nurs/Ms. She said my son tooth are will be better after today. I am realy hope..The staff are very kind ...After I will fixed we will get great result .Thank you so much.
