Let me first start off by saying I am completely new to the area . I just recently relocated up here and I was trying to find the most closest obgyn near me and this was so convenient because it wasn’t even a mile away from my new home . Dr. McDonald has had a nasty arrogant attitude ever since I started coming there . The only person who made my visit a breeze and less stressful was Ms. Tammy . She does an absolute amazing job with trying to help the patients have a more relaxed experience. I do not recommend this office at all . The timing is horrible , she isn’t on time and she rushes you and cuts you off without listening to anything you have to say . This is my first child and has been the most stressful experience with her and I am 6 months pregnant now looking for a new dr . I am reporting her to the medical board first thing in the morning for all the trouble I had to go through with this dr.

Worst office I been to. Sad when it be our kind to treat us badly. So called Doctor Velvet L McDonald and her Receptionist has rude customer service. I went up to office three different days for an appointment just to be told can not be seen. Wasted gas, time and need to be seen. 5 months pregnant with not being seen cause they keep changing appts or making an excuse. They keep trying to find ways not to see new patients. Never have I ever experienced this type of negative environment at an obgyn. All this stress is not good for my health or baby health.. I should’ve looked at the low score reviews before even going, that 2.3 score is overstatement, way worse than a 2

The doctor had an attitude and she didn't like for me to ask questions in reference to my own health. Additionally, she talked very fast and didn't provide instructions on what she wanted me to do after just abruptly leaving out of the room. If you're looking for a friendly doctor with good customer services, this isn't where you need to spend your money or time. My rating is a 0.0.

The bad reviews are no lie. This office is horrible. Since day one I have never been seen on time. It literally takes them 2 hours just to see you for 15 mins. Apparently she is never on time. She forgets to do paperwork an all. It took 6 months to get my first ultrasound! I actually had to go get ultrasounds on my own just too make sure my baby was fine. I’m actually 7 my months an this doctor office still has not told me what gender my baby is. But I have been to another facility too find out what it is that I am having. All of her supplies are old! If you want a healthy pregnancy I advise you go elsewhere. My insurance also should take care of all expenses but yet I get paper in the mail from her charging me?! This office is horrible. An I mean just that I’m 31 weeks pregnant an I am trying my best to find another obgyn but I feel I may be to fat to the end and may have to deal with this unprofessional office.

They don’t deserve a one star they deserve a zero it’s been a month since I’ve been calling Ana every-time I call it’s a different excuse or nobody answer…. They’re very unprofessional I’m looking into another place to go.

The worst doctor office ever I don’t recommend no one to come here.Extremely long wait time for no reason rude workers and my daughter 6 months and still don’t know what she having.The doctor told her to go buy a $65 test to find out what she having and send her off to the hospital for sonograms yet she still didn’t find out. So unprofessional the worst experience ever . They send off for test but don’t do the standard test that pose to go along wit it .

Don’t go I tried to give them a chance after viewing the bad reviews,I can honestly say they were absolutely right about the wait time and the rudeness…I have never in my life been to a dr that doesn’t have a care in the world and all while she was asking me questions she had her back turned towards me very very rude
