For the love of god if you wanna feel comfortable do NOT go here. I never met the doctor but I didn’t have to. The atmosphere is not it. The wait time is insane and waiting area is over crowded. The are always “slammed busy” the elevator has been broken forever and u had to carry my baby, stroller and diaper bag all while pregnant up 2 flights of stairs. They also don’t see you for pregnancy until you’re 10 weeks. This is my 3rd child and I have NEVER had to wait that long. I’ll be going elsewhere.

The staff are very kind, the nurses were very kind and informative and answered all my questions, the office was clean and the ladies at the front desk were just as lovely. This is going to be my second time having a baby with this office and I’m always taken care of and treated so good.

The provider I seen today would not let me talk. I was asked my symptoms and explained my history. He continued to explain to me what he assumed it was because “many of other women have had this problem and that he can bet money that I fell in that 99 percentile. When women have periods they tense up and that is why my exam did not go the way I wanted it to go and there were no findings.” I provided him with the evidence of my history from a previous provider and he said “This isn’t what’s causing you discomfort and it isn’t that big so this couldn’t be causing you that much pain.” I was medically gaslit by this provider and I am highly dissatisfied by his services. He seen how visibly emotional I was and continued to give textbook answers as to why my periods would be so bad and that they just “suck”. He said I either had the option to “Try contraceptives . Try the prescription he gave me , NSAIDS, or let my hormones continue to get so out of whack that my cycles just stop all together” and laughed in my face. I did not find that comment amusing at all. I’m actually offended by my experience. Please feel free to contact me so that I can elaborate. I am not satisfied. Medical settings are very personal places to be in , especially this specialty. Again, to this office, feel free to contact me !

And to clarify, this was not Dr. Borquaye that I am speaking of this was one of his Medical Doctors he has working in office. I never got the chance to meet with Dr. Borquaye. For what reason? I am not sure. I did look forward to it though.

Everyone there is super nice and kind. Nicole Andrews NP is beyond amazing, she is so knowledgeable and passionate. I absolutely adore her ❤️

I love this practice. Dr. Borquaye is amazing, and so is the NP, Laura. But Dr. Kwarteng is an exceptional doctor. He delivered my baby via emergency c-section and had a very firm but loving approach with me during both regular visits and labor. I felt safe in his care and am so glad to have had a doctor who listened to me, made sure I was comfortable (to the point of letting nurses do my cervical checks because he didn’t want to hurt me), and showed that he was proud of me for doing what I needed to do but had to force my body to cooperate on. I love him and would recommend him to anyone.

Very disrespectful, rude both black lady’s at the front desk on 1/29/2025 nobody gave me an appointment I ask d to speak with a supervisor she did not transfer me over . Both of the need to be fired neither one was professional

Overall, I have had a poor experience with this OBGYN office. Despite having 4 appointments, I only saw Dr. Borquaye himself one time (and to his credit, he was very kind and professional). I wasn’t able to be seen until 20 weeks due to Covid protocol (this being my first pregnancy I was anxious to ask questions and make sure my baby was healthy so it was very hard to wait and I was very excited to be seen.).

At my first appointment with Dr. Borquaye, I explained that I was moving, and the Dr. said that he would get me an ultrasound the next day. The ultrasound was pleasant and very exciting. I was told after the ultrasound that he would call me to go over the results in lieu of the typical appointment within a week. All of the staff understood I was moving. Well, a week came and went with no communication from his office, I had to call twice to check on the status of my call. The receptionist told me I needed to make an appointment. I had to keep explaining that the Dr was aware I was moving and that I was told he would call instead of the in-person appointment. The receptionist wasn’t unpleasant but there seemed to be a breakdown in communication.

Later that day I received a call from Dr. Borquaye’s office. The woman on the line was very rude to me and told me that I “need to make an appointment but you moved.” Making me feel as though I was at fault or had done something wrong. She told me coldly the results of my ultrasound and sounded very frustrated when I asked a question. I am frustrated because Dr B went out of his way to ensure that I had an ultrasound the day before I moved. I trusted the results would be relayed in a professional and caring manner in which I could ask questions. (This being my FIRST pregnancy and having NO opportunity to ask ANY questions at previous appointments). This is my first pregnancy and I don’t know what appointments I needed to make or what to expect at each appointment. (The office has never once explained any of this process to me). I don’t know if it was a lack of communication between the Dr and his staff, but it led to me feeling extremely dissatisfied and disrespected in this vulnerable time in my life. If I would have known it would have been this inconvenient for the office and that I would not have an opportunity to ask questions about my ultrasound, I would not have had my ultrasound at his office.

Not me feeling immediately better after leaving this office for a new one in Richmond hill. I’ve had an infection for two years now that he has not resolved. The white old lady nurse in said office is horrible. He went on vacation and every time I have an appointment he forgets what we’re doing. I had the front desk lady tell me to go into the walk in for a vaginal infection. Worse obgyn I’ve ever been to in hinesville ga and that’s saying something cause I came from H.E.R wellness before hand. 😂🤦🏻‍♀️💀😭
