One time visit. Going to do an overall review. First front office lady, not talkative but got me checked in pretty quickly. The visit was overall fast and I generally liked the NP. Leaving there was another check out lady (to the left) kind of rude to another patient about his appt. Now to the bad: I have left several calls to the office in regards to a medication with no return call. I called again today, and was informed they called me this morning, yet I do not have a voicemail. Not sure whose phone they called and left a voicemail on. Also, the medication recommended to me as an alternative is the ONE medication I stated I could not take. Basically, if you are looking for a timely notification in regards to medications; stay far away from this practice.

Piedmont Physicians are Professional, informative and trustworthy. It's the best group of Family Physicians in Georgia.
They make you feel comfortable and I've never had to wait. Your health is their priority.
Dr. Saghar Navid has been my physician for over 15 years. I will never see anyone else as long as I'm able. She's concerned about my health and never rushes me out. I feel better after I see Dr.
Navid. She's got that great bedside manner that's hard to find. They keep me healthy.

Dr. Poynter and the entire staff at this office is amazing. In my experience, I have never waited more than 5 minutes for my appointment. They are kind, attentive, knowledgeable and competent. I feel heard and well cared for by everyone. I don't feel rushed by Dr Poynter and I feel he genuinely cares for his patients well-being. The office kids never crowded and there is in atmosphere of warmth and calm.
Appointments and updates are posted on the online portal and the response time to questions or medicine refills is very fast. I highly recommend this office to anyone.

From the minute, you walk into this practice, everyone is friendly yet professional. I’ve never had to wait very long and when I was taken back, the nurse Immediately updated my medicine list took my vitals and then went to get the Doctor.

Dr. Navid is great, she is patient, kind and willing to help you out in anyway she can.
She also will schedule a virtual visit pretty quickly and call your prescriptions over the phone as long as you're an established patient without asking you to come in before prescribing you, your meds.
She is very nice and never gets impatient or an attitude with you.
She is detailed and informative with you about your health.
I would recommend her to anyone.

Dr Dieppa Garay is very knowledgeable, professional and caring. He is very thorough and provides excellent patient care. He asks questions, I ask questions. He listens and he explains. He is very concerned about your overall health and well being and to hear him say he wants me to be healthy and live a long life is just priceless.
