I had a great visit with Spring Street Family Dental. Natalie and Dr Dena took care of a pressing tooth issue and after my permanent crown is back and installed I will be back to normal use of my teeth. Thanks to both and everyone out front who makes this a great dental office.

Dr. Dena and Sara were absolutely amazing and so patient with me. Dental work is not my favorite thing to have done, but they made it much smoother than previous experiences. They explained all the options we had and answered any questions. Most importantly they made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure and respected the time I had set aside.

Do not go here!!! They cancelled my daughter’s appointments made 8 months before the visit the day before their scheduled appointment & then said they couldn’t be seen for 6 months, even though that was their mess up! They also canceled my Husbands appointment 2 days before his appointment, & then tried to reschedule him for 6 months later! The last straw was that I made my appointment 6 months ago, they verified the day & time then, a week before, & 2 days before, then I show up early for my appointment and they tell me I am late and that they will need to reschedule me! Ridiculous!!! I never like to leave bad reviews, but I do not understand how they have any clients with their office being ran so poorly, it is not okay to treat clients this way! If they are that booked up then maybe they should not be taking on new clients, my family of five will be finding a good dental office that cares for their clients and making sure they are seen when they make appointments.

Dr. D and her staff are top notch. Been with them for years. They’re professional for sure, but also fun, and they make a comfortable atmosphere for a not-so-comfortable thing like going to the dentist.

I usually don't like changing dentist or doctors loyal customer for life. However, from the first phone call, to the first visit, to the second visit. I have thoroughly enjoyed every single person in this office from 💥Natalie to💥 Maddie to 💥Kayla to 💥Dr. Dana to 💥Bridget just beautiful amazing people. I'm sorry if I got anyone's name wrong. They know how special I am 🤣🤣 we're always laughing 🤣🤣.

My family of 5 has had nothing, but good experiences at Spring Street Family Dental in the past three years. Dr. Dena and our hygienist handle everyone with care. Plus, the front desk staff is always kind and helpful. Definitely recommend Spring Street Family Dental!
