I had a very complex case that needed last minute documents and filings. Kim, Heather, Stephanie in the Clerk's office and Judge Zon's staff were professional, helpful and really just the epitome of customer service. It started late on a Friday afternoon when they could have said we are closed, and Monday morning at the stroke of 8:30 when they opened. Cudos to Walton Superior! Fran at PLO.

I've been here few times and EVERY staff I met here were nice. Starting with Rose at the permit department who answered my phone and explained where on their website I can find the information I need and which records to bring. Because she told me exactly what I need to bring, she saved me 40 miles and an hour on the road.

All the gentlemen at the security check point were pleasant and helpful. This lady at motor vehicles tax office in early 2021 was super nice and a beautiful young lady on the 3rd floor who helped me with a copy of deed were also very nice. Cheryl at permit office were specially really really super nice. Thank you folks for being kind and helpful.
