Wonderful doctor and wonderful staff! Dr. Walid really took the time to listen to my concerns and opinions and made me feel included in my treatment decisions. She explained everything to me thoroughly and answered any questions I had in such a kind and patient manner. I could tell she is a highly educated and felt I could really trust her with my care, and I recommend her now to all my friend's in the area looking for a PCP!

This is the worst place to get any care from. The team that works with the Dr. is great. But the doctor is the worst, she doesn’t listen to the patient at all. I don’t know why she is even allowed license. DO NOT GO TO THIS Place. The worst Doctor ever, she tells you what’s wrong with you before you even have the chance to speak. She talks over the patient (women) or maybe just the black women that looks to be young and I am far from young. This place needs to be closed!!! I only gave 1 star because that was the only way I could leave a comment but honestly she doesn’t deserve any stars.

I schedule an appointment here for 215. I came 10 mins early. When I got here the lady at the front desk asked me for a copy of my insurance. I sent it to the email she provided. The lady stated she had to ask the doctor if she received the email. While I was sitting in the waiting room. I seen the doc walk out a few times and NOT ONCE did she ask the doc if she received my email with my insurance or even tried to look it up or check the system for it. AFTER REQUESTING OFF FROM WORK AND WAITING HERE FOR A HOUR AND A HALF they FINALLY decided to look up my insurance when the doctor ask them about it. After siting here for ALMOST TWO HOURS they proceed to tell me there is problem with my 2nd insurance and have a nasty attitude when I question why am I just NOW being told this AFTER I HAVE BEEN sitting in the room for OVER AN HOUR and even hearing all of the side conversations that were being had! This have been the most UNPROFESSIONAL UNORGANIZED doctors office I have EVER been to! They had almost TWO HOURS TO TELL ME THAT THEY DIDNT TAKE MY INSURANCE (although it says it on the website) BUT YET THEY LET ME SIT THERE FOR ALMOST TWO HOURS TO WAIT TO TELL ME THIS! They waisted the ONLY DAY I had off to be seen by a doctor and now I pray I can find another doctor that will take my insurance and can work with my schedule.

I scheduled to have my app here and I get in 10 mins early , while I’m filling out my paperwork I hear other people in the lobby talking how they have been waiting for hours even though they had scheduled apps , so did I so I wanted to ask and see how long I would have to wait and they told me basically I’d have to wait till everyone else got seen , what’s the point of making an app of it’s gonna take hours to be seen ? Decided to go with another PCM
